Louise has over 30 years' experience in marketing, sales and communications including responsibility for a range of blue chip international brands and government projects. Louise was a member of the Sydney board of Leo Burnett Connaghan and May Advertising and was founding partner of Brave New World Advertising.

Louise originally joined Starlight in 2001 and was the Head of Partnerships for six years. She returned to Starlight from the corporate sector in 2009 to take on the role as Chief Executive.

In her time as Chief Executive Louise has been responsible for significant Starlight program development and expansion funded by sustainable revenue growth. She is focused on delivering results through people. Starlight has been awarded AON Hewitt Best employer accreditation in 2012 and 2014, the only charity to receive this accreditation. 

Louise's qualifications include a Company Directors Course Award (GAICD), AGSM - Strategic Marketing, International Marketing Institute and a Marketing Certificate.



Felicity McMahon joined Starlight in 2007 to lead a comprehensive project to undertake a needs analysis that would underpin Starlight’s long term program strategy.  In the Head of Programs role, Felicity has been able to see this strategy implemented, including significant expansion of programs for adolescents, the build of three new Starlight Express Rooms, the development of the Captain Starlight program in remote Indigenous communities and the implementation of a research and evaluation program.    

Felicity’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Human Resource Management) and a Masters of Public Policy and Management.  



Susan Henry is an experienced Human Resources Executive, having joined Starlight in 2001. Her key areas of expertise include Strategic Planning – Whole of Business, and People & Culture strategies, alignment and engagement strategies, high performance culture development, capability building, leadership development and change management.

Susan’s qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching, Graduate Diploma of Employment Relations and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.



Driven by a passion to make a difference, Kristie joined Starlight in 2017 as Head of Marketing & Fundraising and is a member of the Executive Team.

Drawing on her extensive experience in FMCG Marketing and eCommerce, Kristie is responsible for raising awareness, engaging supporters and growing sustainable revenue streams to support Starlight’s program delivery.

A strategic leader with a drive to develop people and businesses, Kristie brings creative thinking and analytical expertise to her role. Kristie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Diploma of Market Research.
