Virgin Australia Group team members across all states of Australia happily participated in the Starlight 5 Days of Happy Challenge. Starlight helped us spread positive vibes and made us truly look at how we can get a little more happiness into each and every day via some simple practices including exercise, mindfulness and gratitude.
